A high proportion of homes here are tenanted, so end-of-tenancy work is constant. Property managers want the same list every time — oven, range hood, inside the cupboards, window tracks, marks off the skirtings — and want it done before the inspection, not after it.

The other half of the diary is commercial. Cafés, salons, studios and small offices tucked into converted villas along Ponsonby Road need cleaning either before the doors open or once the last table has gone. We work to your hours, not ours.
